By accessing or using Mr. Sawyer ("the Service"), operated by KGlow Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Mr. Sawyer is a virtual receptionist that connects to your social media channels (Instagram, Facebook) and automatically responds to customer messages on your behalf based on the business information, instructions, and FAQs you provide.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, misleading, or harmful messages; violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on the rights of others; or distribute malicious content. You are solely responsible for the business information and instructions you provide to Mr. Sawyer, and for the messages sent on your behalf.
By connecting your Instagram or Facebook accounts, you authorize Mr. Sawyer to receive and respond to messages on your behalf. You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Community Guidelines. We may disconnect your channels if we detect violations.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
Mr. Sawyer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of automated responses, lost business opportunities, or any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
